• esigning and developing backend services and REST APIs for the case management platform using C# / ASP.NET Core
• Implementing case management logic: case lifecycle, routing and assignment rules, statuses, SLAs, and notifications
• Implementing integrations with the client's internal systems and third-party services
• Designing and optimizing database structures and queries (Entity Framework Core, SQL)
• Ensuring code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards
• Collaborating with the Business Analyst, Solution Architect, frontend and QA engineers to deliver features end-to-end
• Participating in sprint planning, estimation, and daily team ceremonies
• Supporting releases, troubleshooting and resolving production issues

Требования

• ommercial experience in backend development with C# / .NET (ASP.NET Core, Web API) for 5+ years
• Strong knowledge of Entity Framework Core and relational databases (MS SQL Server / PostgreSQL)
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and common design patterns
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and unit testing frameworks
• Ability to work in an Agile team and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above
• Desired skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience working for a UAE-based company
• Experience with Azure services, Docker/Kubernetes, message brokers (RabbitMQ / Azure Service Bus)
• Experience building backends for mobile applications
