Задачи

• As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will lead the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of DevOps practices across multi‑cloud environments including AWS, Azure, GCP, and Salesforce
• You will own CI/CD pipelines end‑to‑end, drive automation at scale, and ensure secure, reliable, and high‑performing deployment processes
• In this role, you are expected to operate with strong autonomy, guide teams on best practices, and influence architectural decisions that elevate delivery excellence
• You will collaborate with development, QA, business stakeholders, and global teams to ensure seamless integration, environment stability, and operational efficiency
• Your expertise in scripting, monitoring, governance, and cloud engineering will be essential to strengthening Capgemini’s delivery capabilities in the Mexican market
• Responsibilities & Scope
• Architect, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Copado, and SFDX
• Lead multi ‑ cloud deployment strategies across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Salesforce
• Develop automation solutions using Python, Bash, and PowerShell to streamline operations
• Enforce Git branching strategies, version control discipline, and release governance
• Implement monitoring, logging, and performance optimization solutions for high ‑ availability environments
• Strengthen security practices, including secrets management and compliance readiness
• Maintain and evolve documentation such as runbooks, release guides, and environment configurations
• Collaborate with development, QA, business stakeholders, and offshore/global teams to ensure delivery flow
• Drive environment scalability, stability, and operational excellence initiatives
• Mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps best practices across teams
