Задачи

• Manages market research needs for products or therapeutic areas within the organization
• Conducts and manages primary and secondary market research projects, including labeling and advertising
• Provides marketing insight and direction to optimize strategic products
• Analyzes data and makes strategic recommendations
• Contributes to annual business plan and maximizes market potential. Interprets and translates scientific clinical data into commercial implications
• Directs the development of company marketing plan and supporting sales activities for specific products or product lines including assessment of potential markets
• Establishes pricing strategies, develops budgets and monitors expenditures
• May develop short and long-range strategies for product expansion
• Interfaces with Product Development, Production and Manufacturing to develop new products or enhance existing products or product lines
• May act as a technical advisor for specific products
• Oversees market analysis, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs. Defines vision, strategies, and tactics
• Selects, develops and evaluates employees to ensure the efficient operation of the function
• Education/Qualifications
• Bachelor above
• Medical, marketing, commerce preferred
• Adapt well to different cultures and business styles
• Collaborative and supportive approach to teamwork
• Good understanding and strong commitment
• Innovate and highly self-motivated to drive results
• Strong learning agility
• Job Required Competencies
• MNC background
• 7 years Pharmaceutical or relevant marketing experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English (oral and writing)
