• A fast-growing, Berlin-based enterprise AI platform startup is looking for a Full-Stack Product Engineer to join the team on-site. This is an early-stage opportunity where you'll own features end-to-end, work closely with the Chief Product Officer, and help deliver AI-powered capabilities that drive adoption across large organizations. The company builds a model-agnostic, security-first platform that enables enterprises to roll out AI safely and at scale — from everyday chat assistants to complex automations and custom agents.

Задачи

• Contribute to the development of product features across the AI platform, from technical design through to user-facing implementation
• Build end-to-end solutions spanning the frontend (Next.js), backend (Node.js), and database layers
• Implement user interfaces including full screens, reusable components, and multi-step user flows
• Collaborate with the design team and customers to gather insights and iterate on product features
• Maintain and optimize the codebase for performance and user experience
• Participate in regular Support Engineer rotations, where engineering team members shift focus to directly support customers and the customer success team

Требования

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field
• Proficiency with Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Prisma, tRPC, and Tailwind CSS
• Proven track record of delivering features end-to-end, from concept to production deployment
• Experience building AI-powered product features and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications
• Experience participating in customer support rotations or directly supporting customers during the product lifecycle
• Strong CS fundamentals and ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment
• Willingness and ability to work on-site in Berlin, Germany (fully remote arrangements are not available for this role)

Условия

• Salary: €66,000 – €120,000 per year, depending on experience
