Задачи

• Design, build, and maintain robust data solutions that keep critical information accessible for reporting, applications, and advanced analytics
• Work across high-value business areas including finance, manufacturing, procurement, sales, marketing, and pricing to turn data into actionable insights
• Build scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions on Azure using Microsoft Fabric, Data Lake, Databricks, and ETL/ELT pipelines
• Create data models and schemas that support evolving business priorities and help teams make faster, smarter decisions
• Continuously improve performance, scalability, and cost efficiency across the data platform
• Troubleshoot data challenges proactively and help maintain a reliable, high-performing environment
• Partner with cross-functional teams to shape solutions that align technology with real business goals
• Stay curious and keep up with the latest Azure innovations, tools, and engineering best practices
• Profile • A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Fabric implementation projects
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, PySpark, Azure DWH, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, and related technologies
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps
• A solid understanding of Azure networking, security, identity management, and serverless services
• Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, ARM templates, or similar tools
• A problem-solving mindset and confidence in tackling complex technical challenges
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• English & Polish proficiency at a communicative level (B2 or higher)
